Presenter framing

Positioning: this is an operator control system with multiple control planes. The web UI is the richest console, but the same product is designed to support SMS, email, and future messaging channels for approvals, instructions, and escalation.

Current live posture: web + SMS are demonstrated now. Future dedicated numbers, Signal, WhatsApp, and cloud-hosted OpenClaw channels fit the roadmap without changing the lane concepts.
